Purpose

• Helping a friend’s child in year 5 who had a solar system science project
• Friend wanted to scale print a solar system

• Solar system by Gonçalo Silva
• Saturn scaled one in 500 million by Osvaldo Zanet

Actions

• Friend provided scaling factors which were plugged into the axis scaling on PrusaSlicer
• Largest object Jupiter was 15cm in diameter
• Smallest object was about 4mm diameter

Observations

• 0.1mm support seperation was hard to remove, to try again with about 0.17mm
