Calipers to measure up the dimensions
Prototyped with hexagonal holes to save mass
Sped up to 150% print speed because impatient
Print detached from print bed
Forewent holes in favour of small solid bracket
Printed a few at 1mm height to check dimensions
Fit was good
Basic double sided tape to prevent charger from sliding around
Screwed into base of Ikea Lack side table

Observations
Hexagonal holes add lots of print time
Hexagonal holes add complexity
Hexagonal holes increase the amount of high speed non-print moves
Parts with very little bed contact area are prone to detach
Screw hole size was perfect
Didn’t need to be anywhere near as wide as originally planned (30mm)
